How to submit a copyright-infringement notice regarding content displayed on this site.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, as amended (the "DMCA"), provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. Listing content on this website is displayed under license through the MLS Grid Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program from Stellar MLS.
Filing a notice of infringement
If you believe in good faith that any content or material made available on this website infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) may send a written notice of infringement to MLS Grid's designated agent. Your notice must include substantially all of the following, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the URL);
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
