Meet Tracy Srodes

My family moved to Sarasota and Siesta Key in 1962. I grew up here, was educated in our great school system, and graduated from Riverview High School. After college at UF and USF, I moved back to Sarasota to start a communications business — which gave me the opportunity to open the first Cellular One dealership in Sarasota.

I spent 35 years in the wireless world with Nextel and Sprint, managing corporate teams and negotiating major contracts — including the wireless contract for the State of Florida. That experience built the relationships and the negotiation skills I now put to work for my clients: locating and winning everything from a first home to a retirement dream home in beautiful Sarasota, or marketing and selling your existing home quickly and profitably.

Along with representing buyers and sellers, I personally manage a portfolio of vacation rentals near Siesta Key and handle long-term leases across Sarasota.
